Ooooo I can see it too...make it "Lukish" ;D I can see it now...all the adrenaline flowig, then suddenly, a stop, with a single trumpet playing the Luke theme...that'd be epic. Yeah, now I really want to do this. Thanks for the project! Now I've got something to do with my sicky time!

*jaw drops to floor as Dual of the Fates plays on comp* Wow...I forget how awesome this song is. Twil be a dificult project, but I'm seeing some awesome things I can do with it. I'll be using less vocals, seeing as it would show the weakness of the sythesised music. There will be plenty in there, of course, but I'm thinking of using them as backgroud rather than forground chords. As far as plans: expect the slow luke theme, the Emperial march (if I can master it), possibly the faster Luke Theme, and Dual of the Fates (naturally). Is there any time-frame you want the song to last? I believe 4:00 is the average for a ReMix, but I've seen as short as 1:00, and as long as 8:00. You may want to expect 5:00-6:00 of music. Unless I cut out much of the origonal piece then it will be 6:00 for sure. But I think I'll be adding some of my own stuff in there for balace purposes. Oh, and I'll be there Sat unless I'm REALLY bad. I'll be good by Sat I'm sure.

I was listening to our exchange student's German Gangsta rap the other day, and French people rap at Foreign Language days. And I've decided that no matter what language your rap is in, it still pretty much sucks. No offense to anyone who likes rap.....

There is some French rap on one Sting song, and it is very odd. There are also Arabic lyrics in one which are really cool...but they are not rap. Shrek music is typically awesomeness. The end of Shrek 2, with "holding out for a hero" was a time at which i surprised myself by calling a comedy cartoon "epic". But it was pretty epic. ;D

I taught meself a song on the key board today without sheet music or even knowing how to play the piano. I used my mind and found out how to play it! It is so awesome and one of me fav songs too. In the End by Linkin Park...
"For all this, there's only one thing you should know, I've put my trust in you. Pushed as far as i can go.
In the end it doesn't even matter..."

playing by ear, what a wonderful thing. My bro has that skill, I don't. We're playing William Tell Overture in concert band...that one that sounds like the Fox movies opening theme. It is...chaotic.

your right it does sound like the Fox movies opening. DG is playing that for our Piano Recital.
ahhhhhhh
Which reminds me I need to practice.....not that I dont like to, no I love playing, and I love and yet hate playing it. Ya know. Its one of Bach's Inventions. My Piano teacher says none of her students have EVER played one for recital.
