I have never heard those songs before.. I don't think anyway.. "Class Reunion (That Used To Be Us)" Lonestar
Well I rolled into town With the ragtop down I was looking for that homecoming queen That three-by-nine lit hotel sign read Welcome back class of '83 There were football guys twice their size Cheerleaders hiding the grey in their hair The names were the same but the faces had changed I didn't recongize anyone there
That used to be us, we used to be cool With the music cranked up, hanging out after school That used to be Jill, that used to be Joe Tell me where in the world did we all go That used to be us Oh, that used to be us
I had a drink with some buds Played a lot of catch up Danced with my date from the prom But as hard as I tried until I closed my eyes Everybody I knew was gone There was Mr. Finch, he taught English and French He was dancing with a couple of canes And that homecoming queen, yeah the girl of my dreams She didn't even remember my name
That used to be us, we used to be cool With the music cranked up, hanging out after school That used to be Jill, that used to be Joe Tell me where in the world did we all go That used to be us
As I stand here and look around I can't help but wonder Who will we be ten years from now
That used to be us, we used to be cool With the music cranked up, hanging out after school That used to be Jill, that used to be Joe Tell me where in the world did we all go That used to be us Oh that used to be us That used to be us That used to be us

COOL!! Thank you Friend of Spazzy!
ok Hopes song from Veggie Tales
sung by Rebecca St. James:
There’s a story that started on Christmas When a baby was born in the night And those who came far, who followed the star Were seeing a heavenly sight ... a heavenly sight.
Well the years hurried by, and the boy, now a man Could make the blind see with a touch of his hand He was born to be King -- he was Rabbi and Priest But the best that he had, he gave to the least ... He gave to the least.
He was born and he died, almost 2,000 years ago He laughed and he cried, he felt all the fears we know But what does it matter? A story so strange ... Even if it is true, what does it change? What does it change?
Well he spoke like a prophet -- like no one they’d heard This simple young carpenter -- crowds hung on every word He hated injustice -- He taught what is right He said “I’m the way, and the truth, and the light.”
His friends soon believed that truly he was the one. The Savior, Messiah, God’s one and only son. But others, they doubted, they did not agree So they took him, they tried him, He died on a tree ... He died on a tree.
God has made a way for all who mourn and grieve Death will never be the end if you just believe.
There is nothing left to fear nothing Heaven knows For he died for us to give us life and to give us hope He rose He died for us to give us life And to give us hope He rose.

Yea, sorry.. I couldn't write it anywhere else because I was in school doing a project.. Here are some other lyrics..
I'm Already There He called her on the road From a lonely cold hotel room Just to hear her say I love you one more time But when he heard the sound Of the kids laughing in the background He had to wipe away a tear from his eye A little voice came on the phone Said daddy when you coming home He said the first thing that came to his mind
I’m already there Take a look around I’m the sunshine in your hair I’m the shadow on the ground I’m the whisper in the wind I’m your imaginary friend And I know I’m in your prayers Oh I’m already there
She got back on the phone Said I really miss you darling Don’t worry about the kids they’ll be alright Wish I was in your arms Lying right there beside you But I know that I’ll be in your dreams tonight And I’ll gently kiss your lips Touch you with my fingertips So turn out the light and close your eyes
I’m already there Don’t make a sound I’m the beat in your heart I’m the moonlight shining down I’m the whisper in the wind And I’ll be there until the end Can you feel the love that we share Oh I’m already there
We may be a thousand miles apart But I’ll be with you wherever you are
I’m already there Take a look around I’m the sunshine in your hair I’m the shadow on the ground I’m the whisper in the wind And I’ll be there until the end Can you feel the love that we share Oh I’m already there Oh I’m already There

I love this song. I picture vampires when I hear it, but i'm pretty sure that is what it is about. Anyway, enjoy!
Bring Me to Life Evanescence
How can you see into my eyes Like open doors. Leading you down into my core Where I’ve become so numb. Without a soul My spirit’s sleeping somewhere cold Until you find it there and lead it back home.
(wake me up. Wake me up inside. I can’t wake up. Wake me up inside. Save me. Call my name and save me from the dark. Wake me up. Bid my blood to run. I can’t wake up. Before I come undone. Save me. Save me from the nothing I’ve become.)
Now that I know what I’m without You can’t just leave me. Breathe into me and make me real Bring me to life.
[chorus]
Bring me to life. I’ve been living a lie There’s nothing inside. Bring me to life.
Frozen inside without your touch, Without your love, darling. Only you are the life among the dead.
All of this sight I can’t believe I couldn’t see Kept in the dark But you were there in front of me
I’ve been sleeping a 1000 years it seems. I’ve got to open my eyes to everything.
Without a thought Without a voice Without a soul
Don’t let me die here There must be something wrong. Bring me to life.
[chorus]
Bring me to life. I’ve been living a lie There’s nothing inside.
Bring me to life

I like that song too.. I can see where the whole dracula thing comes in.. Well, here is a song I like.. "Back When"
Don't you remember The fizz in a pepper Peanuts in a bottle At ten, two and four A fried bologna sandwich With mayo and tomato Sittin' round the table Don't happen much anymore
We got too complicated It's all way over-rated I like the old and out-dated Way of life
Back when a hoe was a hoe Coke was a coke And crack's what you were doing When you were cracking jokes Back when a screw was a screw The wind was all that blew And when you said I'm down with that Well it meant you had the flu I miss back when I miss back when I miss back when
I love my records Black, shiny vinyl Clicks and pops And white noise Man they sounded fine I had my favorite stations The ones that played them all Country, soul and rock-and-roll What happened to those times?
I'm readin' Street Slang For Dummies Cause they put pop in my country I want more for my money The way it was back then
Back when a hoe was a hoe Coke was a coke And crack's what you were doing When you were cracking jokes Back when a screw was a screw The wind was all that blew And when you said I'm down with that Well it meant you had the flu I miss back when I miss back when I miss back when
Give me a flat top for strumming I want the whole world to be humming Just keep it coming The way it was back then
Back when a hoe was a hoe Coke was a coke And crack's what you were doing When you were cracking jokes Back when a screw was a screw The wind was all that blew And when you said I'm down with that Well it meant you had the flu I miss back when I miss back when I miss back when

Razorblades -Story of the Year
Yeah, Yeah Walking example of you Wait for the silence Talking backwards to you It meant nothing to me Watching the world fall on you I'm keeping my eyes closed Now I can see what this means to you It meant nothing to me
[Chorus] This wasted so many nights and again I've wasted so much time on a friend Too young, too proud to understand So this is the end
Perfect timing for you You'll run 'til your legs break So here's my reminder of you It meant nothing to me
[Chorus] This wasted so many nights and again I've wasted so much time on a friend Too young, too proud to understand So this is the end...GO!
We should've seen this coming We should've seen this... YEAH! YEAH!
This wasted so many nights and again I've wasted so much time on a friend Too young, too proud to understand So this is the end
YEAH! This is the END!
twill post a few more in a second.

That was interesting...
"I May Hate Myself In The Morning"
Ain't it just like one of us To pick up the phone and call after a couple drinks Say how ya been I've been wondering if maybe you've been thinking 'bout me And somewhere in the conversation An ole familiar invitation always arrives I may hate myself in the morning But I'm gonna love you tonight
Everyone's known someone they just can't help but want Even though we just can't make it work out Well the want to lingers on So once again we wind up in each other's arms pretending that it's right I may hate myself in the morning But I'm gonna love you tonight
I know it's wrong But it ain't easy moving on So why can't two friends Remember the good times once again
Tomorrow when I wake up I'll be feeling a little guilty, a little sad Thinking how it used to be before everything went bad I guess that's what is In lonely late night calls like this that we try to find I may hate myself in the morning but I'm gonna love you tonight
I may hate myself in the morning but I'm gonna love you tonight

These song lyrics are from George Strait's song, "Where the Sidewalk Ends". It's a really good song and I was reminded of it while reading someone's post on ESPS.
Where the sidewalk ends And the road begins We said good bye On a cold dark night I’m not afraid to go You bet I’m not Where the sidewalk ends You left a lot Some people leave And never come back Some stay in touch Some loose track Your mind kept sayin’
Come on let’s go You started learnin’
What you don’t need to know Where the sidewalk ends And the road begins I’ll wait for you In the cold dark night You might come back You had to go Where the sidewalk ends I’ll never know Hide from the future Run from the past I guess I’ll stay here As long as I can last Whistle still blowin’
But the train is gone Ain’t no wheels Gonna take me from my home Where the sidewalk ends And the road begins We said good bye On a cold dark night I’m not afraid to go You bet I’m not Where the sidewalk ends You left a lot I’m not afraid to go You bet I’m not Where the sidewalk ends You left a lot Where the sidewalk ends And the road begins We said good bye On a cold dark night I’m not afraid to go You bet I’m not Where the sidewalk ends You left a lot

Ah, I have heard of that song before.. See, since I moved out here I have been listening to country and boy do I love it!! This song is by Brad Paisley..
"Whiskey Lullaby" (feat. Alison Krauss)
She put him out like the burnin' end of a midnight cigarette She broke his heart he spent his whole life tryin' to forget We watched him drink his pain away a little at a time But he never could get drunk enough to get her off his mind Until the night
[1st Chorus] He put that bottle to his head and pulled the trigger And finally drank away her memory Life is short but this time it was bigger Than the strength he had to get up off his knees We found him with his face down in the pillow With a note that said I'll love her till I die And when we buried him beneath the willow The angels sang a whiskey lullaby
(Sing lullaby)
The rumors flew but nobody knew how much she blamed herself For years and years she tried to hide the whiskey on her breath She finally drank her pain away a little at a time But she never could get drunk enough to get him off her mind Until the night
[2nd Chorus] She put that bottle to her head and pulled the trigger And finally drank away his memory Life is short but this time it was bigger Than the strength she had to get up off her knees We found her with her face down in the pillow Clinging to his picture for dear life We laid her next to him beneath the willow While the angels sang a whiskey lullaby
(Sing lullaby)

HEEEHEE! NEWSBOYS! GO BOBA!
dull as dirt you can´t assert the kind of light that might persuade a strict dictator to retire fire the army teach the poor origami the truth is in the proof is when you hear your heart start asking, "What´s my motivation?"
and try as you may, there isn´t a way to explain the kind of change that would make an Eskimo renounce fur that would make a vegetarian barbecue hamster unless you can trace this about-face to a certain sign...
Chorus shine make ´em wonder what you´ve got make ´em wish that they were not on the outside looking bored shine let it shine before all men let´em see good works, and then let ´em glorify the Lord
out of the shaker and onto the plate it isn´t Karma it sure ain´t fate that would make a Deadhead sell his van that would make a schizophrenic turn in his crayons Oprah freaks and science seeks a rationale that shall excuse this strange behavior
when you let it shine you will inspire the kind of entire turnaround that would make a bouncer take ballet (even bouncers who aren´t happy) but out of the glare with nowhere to turn you ain´t gonna learn it on "What´s My Line?"

AAH! NEWSBOYS! LOOP!
Ok, this song is called The Champion by Carman. I used to listen to it all the time when I was little. Probably because satan's voice was so amusing. lol.
In the vast expanse of a timeless place, Where silence ruled the outer space, Ominously, towering it stood, The symbol of a spirit war Between the one name Lucifer, And the Morning Star, The ultimate of good.
Enveloped by a trillion planets, Clean as lightning and hard as granite, A cosmic coliseum would host the end Of the war between the lord of sin and death, And the Omnipotent Creator of man's first breath, Who will decide who forever will be the Champion.
The audience for the 'Fight of the Ages' was assembled and in place. The angels came in splendor from a star. The saints that had gone before were there: Jeremiah, Enoch, Job. They were singing the "Song of Zion" on David's harp.
The demons arrived, offensive and vile, cursing and blaspheming God. Followed by their 'trophies' dead and gone. Hitler, Napoleon, Pharaoh, Capone, Tormented and vexed and grieved. Waiting for their judgment From the Throne.
Then a chill swept through the mammoth crowd and the demons squealed with glee, as a sordid, vulgar, repulsive essence was felt. Arrogantly prancing, hands held high, draped in a sparkling shroud Trolled by demons, Satan ascended from Hell.
Then Satan cringed, the sinners groaned! The demons reeled in pain as a swell of power like silent thunder rolled With a surge of light beyond intense, illuminating the universe, In resplendent glory appeared the Son of God.
Then a Persona, yes, Extraordinaire appeared in center ring. God the Father will oversee the duel. Opening the Book of Life, each grandstand hushed in awe as majestically He said, "Now here's the rules. He'll be wounded for their transgressions, bruised for iniquities" When He said, "By His stripes they're healed," the devil shook! He screamed, "Sickness is my specialty. I hate that healing junk!" God said, "You shut your face, I wrote the book!" Then the Father looked at His only Son and said, "Jesus you know the rules. Your blood will cleanse their sins and calm their fears." Then He pointed His finger at Satan and said, "And I know you know the rules. You've been twisting them to deceive My people for years." Satan screamed, "I'll kill you Christ! You'll never win this fight!" The demons wheezed, "That's right, there ain't no way." Satan jeered, "You're dead meat, Jesus, I'm gonna bust you UP tonight!" Jesus said, "Go ahead, make my day!" Comin into the ring appearred the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords
The bell rang, the crowd cheered, the fight was on, And the devil leaped in fury. With all his evil tricks he came undone. He threw his jabs of hate and lust. A stab of pride and envy but the hand that knew no sin blocked every one.
Forty days and nights they fought, and Satan couldn't touch Him. Now the final blow saved for the final round. Prophetically Christ's hands came down And Satan struck in vengeance! The blow of death felled Jesus to the ground.
The devils roared in victory! The saints shocked and perplexed as wounds appeared upon His hands and feet. Then Satan kicked Him in His side, and blood and water flowed. And they waited for the 10 count of defeat.
God the Father turned His head, His tears announcing Christ was dead! The 10 count would proclaim the battle's end.
Then Satan trembled through his sweat in unexpected horror, yet... As God started to count by saying, "...10..." "Hey wait a minute, God..." "...9..." "Stop! You're counting wrong..." "...8..." His eyes are moving... "...7..." His fingers are twitching... "...6..." "Where's all this Light coming from?" "...5..." "He's alive!" "...4..." "Oh - nooooo!" "...3..." "And yet," "...2..." "Oh...Yessssss! "...1..." He has won! He has won! He's alive forevermore! He is risen, He is Lord, He has won! He has won! He's alive forevermore, He is risen! He is Lord!
Proclaim the news in every tongue, Through endless ages and beyond Let it be voiced from mountains loud and strong Captivity has been set free, salvation bought for you and me 'Cause Satan is defeated, And Jesus is The Champion
OH, SO WEPIC!

Mr. Spaceman by The Byrds:
Woke up this morning with light in my eyes And then realized it was still dark outside It was a light coming down from the sky I don't know who or why
Must be those strangers that come every night Those saucer shaped lights put people uptight Leave blue green footprints that glow in the dark I hope they get home all right
Hey, Mr. Spaceman Won't you please take me along I won't do anything wrong Hey, Mr. Spaceman Won't you please take me along for a ride
Woke up this morning, I was feeling quite wierd Had flies in my beard, my toothpaste was smeared Over my window, they'd written my name Said, So long, we'll see you again
Hey, Mr. Spaceman Won't you please take me along I won't do anything wrong Hey, Mr. Spaceman Won't you please take me along for a ride
Hey, Mr. Spaceman Won't you please take me along I won't do anything wrong Hey, Mr. Spaceman Won't you please take me along for a ride *** (a very important spaceman....) *** We are the Normal by the Goo Goo Dolls[/color] It's a beautiful day I heard everybody say The sun shines down for all of us Just the same you know I like the rain That ain't so obvious
It's a beautiful sight I guess everybody's right This day belongs to all of us Even still I like with a chill That ain't so obvious
We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why
It's a beautiful life and I've got it in my sights And that ain't for all of us It's a beautiful sound When my life comes crashin down That ain't so obvious It's a beautiful sin and I'm doin' it again And that ain't for all of us It's a beautiful life and I've got it in my sights Ain't that so obvious
We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why
We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why There's no reason why...
We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why We are the normal We live and we die With no reason why

NEWSBOYS AGAIN! WOOHOO! Tis called Lost the Plot SO AWESOMENESS!
When you come back again would you bring me something from the fridge? Heard a rumour that the end is near but I just got comfortable here. sigh. Let's be blunt. I'm a little distracted. What do you want?
Headaches and bad faith are all that I've got. First I misplaced the ending then I lost the plot.
Out among the free-range sheep while the big birds sharpen their claws. For a time we stuck with the shepherd but you wouldn't play Santa Claus.
sigh. Let's be blunt. We're a little distracted. What do you want?
Once we could follow, now we cannot. You would not fit our image, so we lost the plot.
Once we could hear you, now our senses are shot. We've forgotten our first love. We have lost the plot.
When I saw you for the first time you were hanging with a thief And I knew my hands were dirty, and I dropped my gaze. Then you said I was forgiven and you welcomed me with laughter. I was happy ever after. I was counting the days when you'd come back again. we'll be waiting for you When you comin' back again? we'll be ready for you Maybe we'll wake up when... maybe we'll wake up when you come back again.
lies. Let's be blunt. We're a little unfaithful. What do you want?
Are you still listening? `Cause we're obviously not We've forgotten our first love We have lost the plot.
And why are you still calling? You forgave, we forgot. We're such experts at stalling that we've lost the plot. lost the plot
When you come back again would you bring me something from the fridge? Heard a rumour that the end is near but I just got comfortable here.
[glow=blue,2,300]Reality[/glow]
Mom & Dad,
I'm fine. How are you? I have joined a small circus (that much is true). I'm a little malnourished, but try to relax. Could you find a better photo for the milk carton backs?
Send money.
Runaway where's your head? dreamers' dreams are grounded
Chorus in reality that comes from above God is calling there's no bigger love It's his reality that welcomes us back Trust and obey there is no other way
Mom & Dad,
I'm fair. How's life? Lent the money you sent me to the clown with the knife. My career as an acrobat hasn't begun, but I'm busy giving blood and shoveling elephant dung.
Send money.
Runaway Why so tense? dreamers' dreams will make sense
- Chorus -
Runaway blowing smoke your folks are worried (and going broke)
after the fall is an all-new episode reality is the high road
- Chorus -

No You to hold me when I am afraid? Where would I be with no You beside me? I oughtta know it by now without you... -CHORUS
