I'm going out to by the individually sold DVDs of the Star Wars original trilogy which have both the 2004 DVD versions (ex. CGI-edited scenes and Haydn Christensen as Anakin) and the original 70s and 80s cuts. I don't own any OT DVDs and am desperate for special features, and because I'm into collecting old stuff for some reason the retro versions will be awesome for me (I've only seen them once or twice). But do you think Lucasfilm is just milking us for money, or that the new DVDs are a better packaged deal than the 4-set which came out in with the 2004 editions as the first OT on DVD?
