Has anyone else seen this? I just did yesterday, and it was one of the coolest movies ever. And the fact that Hugo Weaving played V still makes me laugh....

Haven't seen it, but I haven't really seen much of anything lately. I'd like to see it.

It's worth paying to see. Though, with connections in the theater, it's nice to see it free, too. *rolls eyes*

Heh. good to know Dun. What's your favorite part?
I loved the part where V blew up the old Baily building in the beginning of the movie to the 1812 Overature (My FAVORITE classical piece by the way) I'll vever think of that piece again in the same way. *sigh* Oh AND when they blew up Parliment ^______^ BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

Yeah but her acting was actually GOOD in this movie which suprised me the most. She's wanted to shave her head like that. -_-' She said so on Good Morning America. Weirdo. Ah well. You don't even know its Hugo Weaving unless someone tells you or you see the credits. It was freaking cool.

Yeah... spent the whole movie trying to figure out who he was, and it was like "Ooooo.... huh. *insert hysterical laughter here* ANGENT V ELROND!!!!"
I guess the best part for me is the beginning, when Evey's out beyond curfew, and V's all talking, and he goes off into the whole V word revery... just cracked me up. And I also really like the fact that they never unmask him. Keeps it pretty dzang sweet...

Evey Hammond: Who are you? V: "Who?" "Who" is but the form following the function of "what", and *what* I am is a man in a mask. Evey Hammond: Well I can see that! V: Of course you can. I'm not questioning your powers of observation, I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. Evey Hammond: [short pause] Oh... right.
V: Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished, as the once vital voice of the verisimilitude now venerates what they once vilified. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-à-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.
Evey Hammond: Are you like, a crazy person?
I LOVE that part tooo. It was soo COOL and Hugo did such a good job. I can do all that without twisting my tongue....
