[glow=red,2,300]I AM THAT IS[/glow] The Famous writing behind the tapistry of Martin the Warrior. The Redwall Abbey books by Brian Jacques are one of my favourite book series. Also the "Castaways of the Flying Dutchman" series that is just starting. With "Castaways of the Flying Dutchman" being the first, and "The Angel's Command" being second. www.redwall.orgWe got to meet the author for my brothers birthday a few years back. It was great!!! You may know the PBS Redwall TV series. It keeps to the books very well! A few years back some of our Homeschool friends got together and had a "Great Redwall Feast"! mmmmmm!!!!

Gasp! You met him? Coolnessness! I first read The Outcast of Redwall a couple years back. I adored his writing style, his unique world, the characters, and Sunflash. Since then I've been steadily collecting books...but recently find that they all have very similar plots and he needs to do something different. Dutchman I read but it just wasn't my thing. He's a mad good description writer though. My favorites are... Outcast, the original ones like Redwall and Mattimeo and Mossflower (Tsarmina is a cool bad guy), Taggerung, The Pearls of Lutra, and Salamadastron. The lizards are interesting...his battle scenes are good. I've seen some of the TV show and liked it well enough. I think it did do such a good just because Jaques was directly involved in making it.
