So yeah...
This is the first journal entry I'm writing here and the first one I've written anywhere in quite a few months. Time is short and interest varies, what can I say?
HSPA testing is going on write now. It's not fun, but it's almost over. Last year of these stupid standardized tests. Thank goodness! These tests are pitiful! I've lost all concept of what they're trying to test because the tests are so dumb! What does writing a story from a picture say about a person? "Oh, he can write a very good persuasive essay. He can graduate HS!" Jeeze, the government.
Kristin: "Where is the State? I thought they were supposed to be here."
Me: "They're in the walls."
Other than testing, I'm sick. I have a very bad headache at the moment and I'm thanking the lucky stars above for the fact that I don't have any homework. I can finally go to bed early...
I've been watching quite a few X-Files lately. I swear, Langly is in the Harry Potter DVD trailer! I saw him!
I like Mulder and I was very sad to see he died for three months. I really don't remember that episode in the 8th season. And I know I watched EVERY single episode that season. I even think I still have some of them taped.
Well, dinner's ready and I'm starving. I might as well go eat.
Fly Well.

5/4
Gosh, my spelling's horrendous!
Today was not a very good day, but I'll get to that later.
I'M GOING TO SEE GOO GOO DOLLS IN CONCERT!! As long as I can get the tickets, but they just went on sale so that won't be a problem! I'm so FREAKIN' excited!! Oooo, I just love the Goo Goo Dolls and I love concerts...and...I'll be able to drive down myself! I get chills just listening to their live album. Ahhhh...*Chills* PLUS, as I was looking for the goo goo dolls tickets on ticketmaster, I realized that Rascal Flatts is having a concert this month and my dad said he wants to go. So WoOt! Two concerts! So yeah, that was the highlight of my day.
School was not fun today. I'm so sick and tired of people. Not everyone...just some people. I did have a nice chat in the morning with someone who has a lot in common with me...I had a nice normal conversation - something I don't see a lot of these days.
We did this egg drop thingy in physcis class and ours almost made it to the last round. I can't believe we actually did so well. Go lucky eggie!
I am so not in the creative mood today.
My english teacher's a witch and my history teacher's been a butthead. Not only did he apologize to me after class for being a butthead, but he also told me that he's going to continue being a butthead for the next week. Gah...
I'm so happy I'm going to Six Flags tomorrow. That means I get more than two extra hours to sleep and I don't have to see ANYONE except the few that are going on the trip. Not to mention I won't have to deal with teachers, schoolwork, and I haven't been to Six Flags in ages. So yeah, it'll be fun.
I can't wait for summer. I really just can't wait for summer. Now mind you, I am in no way depressed, nor am I in a particularly bad mood. I'm neutral and it seems like everyone else around me is going psycho. Gah, psychos...;-)

5/7/06
I had a great time at Great Adventure. I hung out with people I don't normally hang out with and it was a nice change.
I had SATs yesterday and they were a pain, but Andrew was there. That made it better :-)
This song I'm listening to is really good...
Today I woke up late. I don't really have anything to do except to work on some note cards. I'm gonna go for a walk at the park as soon as my dad gets back with the truck. I'll bring Dalton because he loves the park.
I only have to work two days this week. Monday and Wednesday. I have the FFA dinner on Friday and the prom on Saturday. I'm excited about the prom. Thursday I have to go to B&Rs to pick up my medic pants. Tuesday I'm going to buy some plants.
I talked to my dad about careers and now that I've thrown the Vet idea out I'm trying to getideas of majors and other careers I'm interested in. I'm interested in Behavioral science and crime type stuff, and my dad keeps talking about the FBI. I think I'm gonna look into it. There I would be able to do the behavioral science thing and I'll get to sdeal with law and crime. My dad has a friend that's been in the FBI for 25 years and if it's something I think I'm really interested in I'm going to talk to him. Right now I mostly have to worry about what school I want to go to.
Oh well, off to do some notecards or something.

Wooo...Is it MAY already??
I haven't updated in ages. I'm in the mood for updating now though...so ya'll will just have to suffer through another one of my extreme-ma-tismly boring posts. Did I just make a new word?
Who ever tells you throughout your life time "Well, in the real world you'll have to get along with all sorts of people" is full of crap. I mean, literally. In this real world there's lots of people you won't like. That doesn't mean you can't grin and bear. It also doesn't mean you can't just smile and pretend you like them. You can "Secretly" hate people. Yes...believe it or not. Think about it, those people probably "Secretly" hate you just as much as you "Secretly" hate them...so technically you're even.
Teachers don't know what they're talking about when they tell you "you'll work with someone you don't like in the future, so you better get used to it now". Now come on...how many years have teachers actually [/i]spent[/i] in the "real world"? They're teachers... :-P
All joking aside, I have always been told I won't work well in groups because I never did well with group projects. Phooey...what a load of crap...er...crud. Just ignore 'em.
I marched in a parade today...well I rode in a parade today...inside of an air-conditioned ambulance...while the rest of my squad had to march. Mwahahaha...and all because I don't own a pair of black shoes. But I was "One of them"... Hah, me and my cool medic pants. I'm such a band-aid head.
I've made some new friends at the squad. They're pretty cool people. It's a whole different world, and it's kind of scary. People are so different when they're serious.
School is almost out! Yippee! I'm gonna miss my history teach I'll never have him again because he only teaches two classes, and I've already taken them both. I think I should make every effort to fail...and then take the class over again. He's such a cool guy.
Yeah, so that's my life. It's all good. ..And stupid term papers...gah...which I should be working on right now.
