This thread is intended for questions or comments to any current or future RPs.
Rules that apply to this thread.
1. No flaming.
2. You must first tell us which RP you're referring to before posting comments or questions.
3. Be patient for a reply to your question as other members may be preoccupied with RL (Real Life) obligations.
4. Don't spam the thread. This is especially set aside for the RPs.
5. If you have trouble with another person's post, depending on the severity, either post it here or private message them to fix the problem.
6. Always be respectful to fellow RP writers.
7. Have fun!
Okay now that the rules are in place, here is my request.
RP Title: Avatar: Nights of Pandora
RP writers, if your character is talking in a language other than English, please provide a translation at the end of the phrase or conversation so other readers who may not be familiar with that language will have a clear understanding of what has taken place. You may use parentheses or italicize the translation, but please provide some English version of the character's statements to avoid confusion.
Thank you and enjoy the your RPing experience! ;D

Ah, this is a good idea.
And a good point for Avatar. I was wondering how to go about that. Maybe just include the translation in a footnote at the bottom of the post.

That will work fine. Just keep in mind that if you have multiple people speaking together in Na'vi that you used a footnote system that allows the reader to keep track of who said what (since it will not follow directly after the speaker said it).
If you use a dialog chart such as this:
Jake: "Na'vi phrase translation here."
Lu'Taw: "Translated Na'vi reply here."
Or some other method like numbers, parenthesizes, italicize...whatever you system you choose to use to keep the translations clear on who said them and what the phrase meant, that will be wonderful.
Thank you Demarion, for the quick response and the suggestions. I hope you enjoy the up coming chapters!

Always glad to voice my opinions. (Good thing or bad? xD)
I'm sure that we will all work out how to translate, it's not too difficult to either include in parenthesis or footnotes.
