Seabiscuit, while we're on horse topic. Though it will now forever remind me of English class.

Carrie was on tonight.
I have seen an array of strange movies in my lifetime. I was reading this quiz thing that's on the net the other day and it was a list of odd movies and you were supposed to bold all the ones that u've seen. You should've seen some of the movies on that list! And sadly, I had seen most of them.
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. Very odd movie.

The Waterboy-wait, actually, just about any Adam Sandler flic. um...PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!! That one was good. The Village sucked. Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow was okay. Napoleon Dynomite ROCKED!!!! um... Mosquito Coast was good. In case you didn't know whatthat is, it's a kool movie starring, who else, but Harrison Ford.

I wonder why everyone says the Village smelled...I must be the only one who likes it. AC! Havn't seen most of them movies, HJF. Sky Captain was cool, but a bit boring IMO. Billy Boyd was fun to see, as were most of the actors. I just felt the plot was a bit...rushed and detached. Not one I could get into, so to speak.

NONONONO!!! I LIKETHED IT!!!! I thought I was the only one. I was a bit disapointed bout those wolf things, but the story was actually quite brilliant if ya think about it.

Ekk! Don't say anything else! I haven't seen it yet!
I thought Troy was good.... having read the Illiad, I thought they did quite a good job. And Sean Bean played a dang good Odysseus. And Orlando Bloom.... very good as Paris. It was very well cast. Not many people liked that, either... you must have to have read the original Homer.

Not so much a movie, but tis a great show; 21 Jumpstreet. Oh Johnny Depp is awesome in it! He is hot and cute too!! hehehe There is a lot of randomness too. It's actually quite an interesting story line. Johnny is a cop, but he looks really young, so none of the bad guys take him seriously. So instead he gets transferred to this undercover unit where the cops who look young go undercover to high school and bust drug dealers and what not. So Johnny becomes this "bad boy" type student and in like the second episode he bust this big time Original Gangster dude. It kind of makes me think that maybe we have undercover agents working in our school. Maybe I am one of them.....

but wouldn't you know if you were an agent...
i thought The Village was a little slow, but interesting. Could have had more of a shock factor i think, but that is a style mistake. Sky Captain was beautiful to look at stylewise but had no plot, though seeing "1138" and the quote "it's just a movie, Mr. Paley"nearly made up for it.

Saw Resident Evil this weekend. I didn't really like it. There was some gore and what not, but the rest stunk. I wouldn't really waste time to see it. JMHO

Well, if I were to guess why Resident Evil was bad, tis because it is a video game made into a movie. Few games make good movies. Most are uncinematic and not good for film. A few popular ones that might do good would be Final Fantasy (I've heard they made one but failed because it diverted too far from the games) and The Legend of Zelda. Resident Evil though...dunno why they'd make a movie of that. Resident Evil 4 though is supposed to be one of the best games ever...really awesome graphics.

Just watched Big Fish for the second time in my life...
I know it is a Tim Burton film, and I usually LOVE Tim Burton films, but I didn't like this one at all. It wasn't "odd" enough I guess you could say. I love Edward Scissor Hands and oh man how I love Sleepy Hollow!!
I can't wait for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to come out! Twill be a good day indeed!

Nightmare Before Christmas is good, so was Troy, Resident Evil was pointless, as most movies like that are.
They did make an FF movie, from FFIIV, called Advent Children. I never actually saw it, but I've used the screenshots for various graphics stuff. Sephiroth is the coolest.
